Some owners are raising house prices, justifying their actions saying there is an increase in inflation, and therefore the cost of living. This is just as wrong since current inflation is not caused by excess spending on families, quite the opposite, but by a lack of materials, components, and equipment. This causes price increases that clearly harm buyers’ ability to save money and buy. Despite the constant increases in prices published in Mallorca, the market, in general, does not accept prices higher than those we had in 2019, before the pandemic.
